CONCRETE TEXTURE ROLLERS - BEST OF THE BEST TEXTURE ROLLER PRO KIT - 5 ROLLERS, 4 STAMPS

  • The SBC Concrete Texture Roller and Stamp Pro Kit brings together nine of our original stone patterns in one set. The five roller covers are Weathered Flagstone, Classy Granite, Narrow Italian Slate, Large Weathered Granite and Large Weathered Slate, each about 8 inches long and 2.75 inches in diameter, for texturing open fields quickly with no seams or stop lines. The four hand stamps, about 5 by 6 inches, handle borders, steps, countertop edges, boulderscapes and touch-ups wherever a roller cannot reach. Every pattern was designed by SBC founder Bryan Gauthier and is cast in heavy-duty polyurethane in the USA, so the detail holds through years of use. Beyond concrete, the set is a favorite for texturing drywall mud and Venetian plaster on accent walls, shower surrounds and whole-home wall finishes.

    Please read before ordering. The rollers are covers only and fit any standard 9 inch roller frame from a home improvement store; frames are not included. These tools texture fresh, workable concrete, cement overlays, plaster, stucco and drywall compound. They will not imprint a pattern on existing, cured concrete. To resurface an old slab or wall, apply a cement overlay 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick, then texture it. A release agent is required: spray each roller or stamp with odorless mineral spirits before every pass so the texture releases cleanly, and never use water. Let the material set until it has a clay-like firmness, usually 10 to 15 minutes after placing with most mixes and longer in cool weather, then roll or press firmly and evenly.

    Working with textured concrete takes some know-how, so we strongly recommend practicing on a small test area first. Every kit includes step-by-step video training and personal phone support from a team that has taught decorative concrete since 1998. The card in your box explains how to access it, and we would much rather talk you through a project before you start than after.
